Installation

On all our installations we remove as much of the existing old timber as possible. We inspect the rafter feet providing a customer report of its condition if necessary and rafter feet can he replaced if required. Once a sound structure for fixing has been established new fascias and soffits etc can be installed.

An Aluminium soffit is installed and can he supplied vented or unvented in either plainboard or with individual strips of tongue-and-groove or shiplap. All sottits are fitted using stainless steel poly-top white headed fixings and are available in lengths up to 5 metres.

Cladding

Old and rotten wood is stripped out and replaced with lengths of up to 5 metres in either 100mm tongue-and- groove or 150mm shiplap.
